Convert a meeting, call, or travel time

Choose your starting city, enter the date and local time there, then choose your destination and select “Convert time.” Both cards show the same moment, including any change of day. Use “Swap zones” to view the conversion in the other direction.

“Use current time” fills in the time now in your starting city. To share a specific meeting time, copy the link to your conversion.

Does this account for daylight saving time?

Yes. The converter uses the time zone rules for your selected date, so the difference between two cities may change during the year. If clocks skip your selected time, you’ll be asked to choose another. If a time occurs twice when clocks move back, you can choose the first or second occurrence.

Choose a city or a full time zone name, such as America/New_York, to avoid ambiguous abbreviations like CST or IST. A fixed offset such as UTC+05:30 always stays the same and does not adjust for daylight saving.
